It’s really obvious but do people really appreciate the finiteness of life?
Looking at life in terms of the number of good summers you have left focuses the mind.
Especially if you have a hobby that is weather dependent.
So time is the most important asset that you have.
Spend it wisely.
Buy stuff and have fun if it helps.
Be outside more.
Invest it in family and friends.
Maybe become self-employed so that only you are responsible for fucking up your own career.
But don’t wait for your pension.
